One virtual postpartum visit (1 hour)
Unlimited phone & email support through the duration of the contract period (through 6 weeks postpartum)

Studies have found that women who attended childbirth preparation classes were about 25 percent more likely to have a vaginal delivery than women who didn’t, and women who had a birth plan were almost twice as likely to avoid a C-section. And the benefit wasn’t just for first-time moms – it was present for all women.

What's Included:
Initial consultation via Zoom to ensure we are a good match.
Two prenatal visits via Zoom to discuss your birth preferences and guide you through the birth plan.
Labor support via Zoom at your birthing site. I am there with you throughout your entire labor.
Breastfeeding support via Zoom for baby’s first feeding.
A postpartum follow-up via Zoom to discuss your birth and address any questions or concerns you may be having.
Unlimited phone calls, emails, and texts at any hour day or night.
Remote doula care provides an opportunity for my clients to access my deep wells of knowledge, allows families to have my guidance and compassion by their side, and encourages partners to continue to be the first-line of support for their birthing person
